IHA has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Senior Health team located in southeast Livonia, Michigan.

The selected candidate will join a busy practice providing support to aging adults and caregivers by offering comprehensive assessments, developing a plan, and making connections to local resources.

The schedule for this full-time opportunity is a traditional workweek, Monday - Friday, and may include early morning, late evening, and rotating weekend shifts to increase patient access.

Minimum required qualifications for this opportunity include:

• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certification
• Master's Degree
• State of Michigan License and DEA
• ACLS and BLS Certification
